1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 7c78 ("7c78", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://7c78.io. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered by 7c78, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 7c78 service. These Terms apply to all players accessing 7c78 from Bangladesh and govern every aspect of the platform relationship, including account management, financial transactions, game participation, bonus claims, and dispute resolution.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a 7c78 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

7c78 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) 7c78 account only. If 7c78 identifies that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any bonuses credited to those accounts will be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify 7c78 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 7c78 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of a third party using your account credentials with or without your knowledge.

7c78 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All 7c78 account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on the 7c78 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no upper limit on deposits, subject to the transaction limits imposed by your chosen payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 30 minutes for all supported mobile financial services. 7c78 does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. 7c78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Verification requirements: Before processing any withdrawal, 7c78 may require you to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. 7c78 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of verification.

7c78 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, banking intermediaries, or technical issues outside of 7c78's direct control. Any transaction disputes must be reported to 7c78 support within 14 days of the transaction date.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7c78 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are supplementary to and consistent with these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that promotion only.

General bonus rules applicable to all 7c78 promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• 7c78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account, provided the player has not yet violated the relevant bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, exploitation of welcome offers more than once, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.

7c78 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's betting behaviour constitutes bonus abuse. Decisions made in this regard are final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules

7c78 offers a range of products including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets), live casino games, slots, and arcade/fishing games. The following general rules apply to all forms of gameplay on the 7c78 platform:

• Bet placement: All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 7c78 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific product.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market and game type has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at 7c78's discretion.
• Void bets: 7c78 reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that an error occurred in the published odds, that the event did not take place as scheduled, or that the integrity of the market was compromised.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in any such intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any 7c78 content without the express prior written consent of 7c78. Unauthorised use of 7c78 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 7c78's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights where applicable under the laws of Bangladesh.

12 Amendments to These Terms

7c78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7c78 will provide notice by publishing a revised version of the Terms on the platform with an updated effective date. For significant changes, 7c78 may also notify registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of the 7c78 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 7c78 support. Account closure requests submitted in response to a Terms update will be processed promptly, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your nominated payment method.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute is the version that governs that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the relevant jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and 7c78, you agree to first contact 7c78 support to seek an informal resolution. 7c78 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute through available formal channels.

You and 7c78 agree that any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action or consolidated proceedings against 7c78.
